In addition to tuition fees, ZISPP charges an enrollment fee for new students, plus an administration fee, which is paid annually. These are paid upon enrollment, and are non-refundable.
Enrollment fees are payable once, on first time enrollment of each new student. It is non-refundable and non-transferable. This fee holds a child’s place at the school for two weeks (working days only), during which time parents must complete all requested forms and payments. After the fifth day we cannot guarantee a space for the child.
Administration fees are paid annually either upon enrollment for new students, or at the end of the school year for students who are going to the next academic year. They are used for the purchase or maintenance of equipment, facilities and classrooms. These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment of school fees must be done at the beginning of the term. Classroom spaces will be awarded on a first come, first served basis and will not be held without fees payment.
No discount for sick day or holiday and no refunds or credits can be given as a result of a child not attending school. If parents decide to temporarily stop the enrollment of their child, the child can be placed on the waiting list. In order to keep all the positions filled throughout the school year, parents are kindly asked to give at least one month notice if they intend to terminate the enrollment of their child.
